Ensure that you’re clear on your homeopath’s dosage instructions – and follow them. More is not necessarily better. If in doubt, contact your homeopath to ask if you should take additional doses.
Store your remedy in a dark, dry place – away from strong smells e.g. in your handbag or in the cutlery or bedside drawer.
Set an alarm on your phone to remind you to take your remedy as frequently as recommended by your homeopath. It’s so easy to forget and your remedy will not be effective if you’re not taking it.
Make sure that you optimise your treatment by not touching tablets with your fingers (tip into the lid) or the dropper with your tongue. Take remedies half an hour away from food, drink (apart from water) and toothpaste.
Keep taking any prescription medication that you’re on. Once symptoms improve, discuss whether it’s appropriate to reduce your medication with your doctor and follow their instructions for tapering your dosage if wanted & advised.
